This can be done on any asset that a loan can be secured against so long as the liquidity provided is sufficient for the chosen monetisation platform.
We will be shortly launching a number of asset specific funds to maximise the returns from each dormant asset class. These will range from traditional asset classes, to alternatives, as well as looking at sustainable and renewable energy strategies and assisting charities and “Profit for Good” companies to maximise the benefits they can bring with their assets.
